Local Delivery/Pickup & Other FAQ
We are currently only offering free doorstep delivery to Aurora, East Gwillimbury and Newmarket. (Minimum order of $40 is required)
I am currently in Self-Isolation and would like beer still delivered, what happens then?
No problem, we understand and respect you taking the measures needed to better the current situation. Please indicate this in the notes and we'll knock/ring the door bell three times when your beer has arrived.
I have placed an order for Local Delivery when will I receive it?
We are currently only offer door delivery Monday-Friday, so as long as you place your order BEFORE 12pm you'll receive it the same day. If demand increases we'll obviously add additional delivery dates.
What if I place my order after the 12pm deadline?
Any order placed after the 12pm deadline will go out next delivery day, OR you can always pick it up at the brewery for 6pm.
What if I am outside of the Local Free Delivery Zones?
If you are outside of these towns you can pickup directly from the brewery (17775 Leslie St. Unit #4 Newmarket, ON L3Y 3E3) or we will mail the order out the next business date and shipping charges may apply.
How long does a pick-up order take to be ready?
Currently give is 45 minutes notice and we'll have it ready for you.
When does the drive-thur Close?
The drive-thru picked up ends at 6pm daily
I'm picking up but can't come inside to get my order, what do I do?
When you arrive to the brewery please park, pop your trunk, or let us know where you would like your order placed and we'll put it right into your vehicle for you.
You need to mail my order when will it be mailed?
All mailed orders will be sent on Tuesday's and Thursdays. To have your order mailed on Tuesday the order will need to be in before Tuesday at 9am, if not it will go out on Thursday. To have your order mailed on Thursday the order will need to be in before Thursday morning at 9am.
You have mailed my order out, how do I get it during the COVID-19 guidelines?
*** Please note the following service notices from Canada Post in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic: ***
"To receive the following items only: Registered, Xpresspost Certified, Proof of Identity, Proof of Age, COD (collect on delivery) and items where custom fees are due, please know that we cannot release these items unless a signature is provided. You will receive a notice card indicating the post office where you can pick up your items by showing proof of identity and signing. If you are sick or under self-isolation, please arrange for someone to pick up these items in your place."
"We have suspended normal delivery guarantees for our parcel service. Delivering safely without overburdening our people in these extraordinary circumstances may take a little more time."
If you put in an order and need to cancel because you are quarantined, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it sorted.
