The return of Goliath Cold Pale Ale - NOW AVAILABLE AT THE LCBO
We first brewed Goliath Cold Pale Ale (5.4%) just over a year ago when we receieved our license to become Canada's first brewery / bingo hall. We had to cut through a lot of red tape and overcome a few giants. A year later, and we have raised over $40,000 for local charities through our Bingo nights.
We're now excited to announce that Goliath has come back to Market and as a winter seasonal to the LCBO!
A cold pale ale is a balance between a lager and a pale ale. We ferment this pale ale colder for a crisper finish, and dry hop for citrus, apricot, and floral notes. We then use a cold lagering process to further clean this winner up. Bingo!
